In-Store Pickup

All order are pickup in-store only. We are unable to ship any items at this time. Please call 916-783-1100 us with any questions. Orders go through a 5 step process:
Order Received >Verification>Fulfillment>Pick up ready complete.    

*Please note that proper identification and credit card used to make the purchase must be presented for verification of the purchase at time of pick-up.

Once the order is received please allow up to 48 hours for verification. Most orders will be ready within 1-2 business days. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away or have any special conditions we kindly ask that give us a call and speak with one of our sales experts. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged



We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to “see” your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.

We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.


If there is a problem with something you purchased from us you may return the item for a refund within 30 days of purchase with an original receipt in new condition, with original packaging and with all manuals and accessories if applicable. Please notify us ASAP via telephone or email of the problem. Accepted merchandise returns may be subject to restocking fee. Returns over $100 must have a return authorization. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as originally used. 

Online purchases are subject to our standard policy above. Orders over 30 days from the date of purchase are not eligible for return. Online purchases may take up to 10 business days to process a refund if elgible.

There are no refunds on bicycles, labor, clearance items, closeout items or special order items.
